This policy describes how Kenztara INC, doing business as Found Agents ("Found Agents," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information on foundagents.ai and related pages (the "Site"), and in the course of providing our website-building and content services.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you submit a form, book a call, or place an order, we collect what you enter: name, email, phone, agency name, business details, service area, brand assets, and — if you connect your CRM — the connection credentials you provide for that purpose.
- Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number is entered on Stripe's secure checkout and never touches our servers; we receive confirmation of payment and your billing contact details.
- Usage information. Like most websites, we use cookies and similar technologies — including the Meta (Facebook) Pixel — to understand how the Site is used and to measure and improve our advertising. These tools may collect your IP address, device and browser information, and the pages you visit.
How we use it
- To provide the services you purchase — building your website, publishing your content, and routing your leads.
- To respond to inquiries, schedule calls, and send service communications about your account and orders.
- To measure and improve the Site and our advertising.
- We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
- Service providers that help us operate: payment processing (Stripe), hosting and content delivery (Cloudflare), scheduling and CRM (including GoHighLevel), email delivery, and advertising/analytics (Meta). Each receives only what it needs to perform its function.
- Your own systems — if you ask us to connect your CRM, lead data flows into your account as you direct.
- Legal requirements — if required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, we may disclose information to authorities.
Cookies and advertising
You can control cookies through your browser settings. To opt out of Meta's interest-based advertising, visit your Facebook ad preferences. Blocking cookies may affect some Site features.
Data retention and security
We retain client and order information for as long as needed to provide services and meet legal and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize it. We use industry-standard safeguards — encrypted connections (TLS), access controls, and reputable infrastructure providers — to protect information in our care. CRM credentials you provide are stored securely and used only to deliver your leads.
Your choices and rights
- You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to records we must keep for legal or billing reasons).
- You may opt out of marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link or by replying with "unsubscribe."
- Depending on your state of residence, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws; we honor verified requests consistent with applicable law.
Children
The Site is a business-to-business service for licensed insurance agents and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
